ER surface
The ER surface class is characterized by a fine reticulate pattern and an envelope enclosing the cell nucleus. Likely ER localization is based both on colocalization with BODIPY-FL Ceramide, and similarity in appearance a a KDEL-tagged GFP made by Jim Haseloff. The surface, rather than the lumen, of elongate bodies associated with the ER is labeled
