Torus organelle clustering and tubule anchoring
Occasionally torus organelles are obeserved to form aggregates. Here, several organelles remain adhered to each other or to a common anchor depsite being buffeted by cytoplasmic streaming. In addition, the tip of a tubule the extends to the upper left of the image remains in the same place over the time series, suggesting that it is anchored to a stationary substrate in the cell. The images were aquired at 3 second intervals, and are presented at 10 frames per second. Line 38-5.
